Cassondra Puls is PASS Advisor for Education. She currently serves as Research Manager for the International Rescue Committee’s Education in Emergencies: Evidence and Action project. Previously, she was a founding member of PASS, where she built up PASS’s core identity and communications channels, established VantagePoints, and fulfilled client work in education, public health, and fundraising. In addition to serving as a teacher, curriculum developer, and trainer internationally, she has conducted education-related research in the U.S. as well as in Turkey, India, Peru, Thailand, Kyrgyzstan, and Sierra Leone. She has presented her findings at conferences in Washington, D.C., New York, and Vancouver. Cassondra has her BA from Georgetown University and MA from Columbia University.
