Mike is a leader of change in large-scale organizational transformation. Mike has written and edited three books on change and international affairs. He is also one of Change Leader’s global network of 125 leading practitioners of change. Mike’s Masters’ degree at HEC Paris and Said School of Business at the University of Oxford, UK, focused on the role of external change agents in large scale organizational transformation. Mike is also an international development leader, helping to develop strong civil societies and reform governments in 40 countries. He has worked with over 35 international organizations, and led the US government’s flagship democratic reform programs in two countries.
